SEND & Inclusive learning

The Inclusive Learning team offer a range of training, in school support packages and bespoke support on all aspects of special educational needs and/or disability.

You are guaranteed a high level of support, delivered by staff who are approachable and experienced leaders. The team are well established classroom practitioners, who have all been SENCOs previously.

With an up to date knowledge of Local and National Policies, Statutory requirements and the benefits of using of academic research they can work collaboratively to help you build on the inclusive practices you already provide and 'narrow the gap' for potentially vulnerable groups.

Training & CPD

We offer a wide variety of SEND and Inclusive Learning training courses and termly briefings to ensure staff are fully up to date on the latest SEND developments. 

 

Free places can be accessed on some sessions through the Universal Offer or MVRP funding.

National Award for SEN Coordination

Study the DfE’s recommended professional qualification for SENCOs with SIL and Liverpool John Moores University. 

 

This 12 month programme prepares aspiring and new SENCos to meet the national learning outcomes that all SENCos must achieve in their first 3 years of being in post.
