Quality Marks & Awards

School Improvement Liverpool offers a range of Quality Marks for accreditation and re-accreditation, supporting schools and settings to develop, evidence and celebrate good practice across a range of provision. Assessment is undertaken by trained and endorsed assessors who are able to support you on your journey to accreditation.

We have mapped a number of Quality Marks and awards that complement the development in the primary and/or secondary setting. Each award has its own distinctive strengths; enabling children and young people to meet age related expectations and fulfil their potential.

Our Quality Marks provide:

  • A framework for self-evaluation and continuous improvement of all pupils in a school, including those who underachieve or are at risk of underachieving
  • Target setting and recognition of provision, practice and performance
  • Strengthening of self-evaluation and evidence base
  • The involvement of parents and carers in developing children and young people’s skills

Our Quality Marks and Awards provide a framework for self-evaluation and continuous improvement of all pupils and recognition of provision, practice and performance.
