Nicky Noon has over 20 years’ experience working in education and has extensive school pastoral
knowledge, having held the role of Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
She has held strategic roles at a local authority level for over 11 years, leading or supporting a
number of key projects, including critical incident management, Multi-Agency audits of practice, Operation Encompass, ‘Signs of Safety’ and child exploitation.
Nicky is a skilled trainer and is accredited with the Safer Recruitment Consortium.
