June is always a busy month for EMTAS as we have much to reflect on and to celebrate!
Earlier this year, EMTAS celebrated our city's amazing linguistic tapestry in our 'Let's Celebrate' event! We would like to continue this celebration of languages during June and invite you to take part in our 'Tapestry of Languages' month and celebrate your school's linguistic tapestry too! Similarly, Tuesday 1st June marks the beginning of Gypsy, Roma and Traveller History Month, while on the 20th June we recognise World Refugee Day, with Refugee Week beginning on the 14th June. EMTAS are hosting their own art competition for Refugee Week, to find out more information click here
