Supporting Liverpool’s “Little Readers”

A celebration event for the Schools Little Readers Project took place in December.

 

This Early Years project funded by Priority 2 of the EIP has supported practitioners to build positive partnerships with parents and develop the home learning environment – with a particular focus on early reading and language and communication skills.

 

Over 20 schools accessed the project and feedback was overwhelmingly positive regarding the impact it had on parent partnership and informing the home learning environment.

 

The real success was the sustainability of the project and the legacy of the EIP as schools plan to continually roll out the project in the future.
