‘Any of us’ can foster

Along with more than 80 Council’s across the UK, Liverpool, Sefton and Knowsley Councils have part funded the production of a powerful new short film about fostering called ‘Any of us’, to show that any of us has the potential to foster and make a difference in a child’s life.

FACT cinema on Wood Street will host the local premiere on the 19 October at 4-5.30pm.

There are over 2500 cared for children across Liverpool, Sefton and Knowsley. 

Due to a local and national shortage of foster carers, the three Local Authorities have come together to increase their search for foster carers, and to let local organisations know how they can help support cared for children.

There will be three film showings (4.15pm, 4.45pm, 5.15pm) as it is a drop-in style event. 

A photo and media opportunity will be at 4.30pm.
