The ideal candidate will be ambitious for themselves, and the staff and stakeholders they work with. The successful candidate will have expertise in areas including early help, early education, School readiness and family support, but they will also be able to support their team to ensure everyone has impact. A key element of this role is the ability to support leadership and management of the team. The sucessful candidate will be able to both articulate their vision to a variety of audiences, and be ready to present on the impact of their work. They will be a leader who can inspire, and support the team through an exciting period of change in our Centre. The post is a busy one, with a flexible approach to hours, location and duties a must, and the successful candidate will need to think on their feet and deal with conflicting demands. Our area is typical of other Liverpool inner city areas, with the challenges and benefits that can bring. The successful candidate will know how to tailor the centre’s offer to suit the needs of our families, and will know how to support both local and national targets creatively and with impact.
