Deadline for SFVS submissions

The deadline for the 2023-24 SFVS to be submitted to the Local Authority is 31 March 2024.

Please follow this link to access all the templates and guidance.

Please ensure that all returns are dated and signed by the governing body and that you also include the Template for recording related party transactions (RPT) - please return even if the value is nil.

Any templates that are unsigned or do not include the RPT template will be returned.
