You should never delay in contact Children Services and/or Police if you believe a child is at risk or in danger. However there are times when you might want additional third party advice.
In these instances please email [email protected] indicating if the matter is urgent or non-urgent.
For urgent matters please provide both a landline and mobile phone number. Either Nicola Noon or Steve Watts will then respond as soon as they are able to.
If you have not had a response to an urgent matter then ring 0151 233 3901 and ask for a member of the team to contact you.
This advice and guidance service is available to all Liverpool schools who receive the universal offer or any school who has a safeguarding service level agreement.
