Achieving the LEYQM rewards consistent and good quality EYFS provision, and recognises that you are continuously thinking about how to improve your offering.
Assessment is based on self-evaluation, across ten different aspects and will help schools and settings to effectively self-evaluate their practice.
Each school/setting controls the timescale for making its submission. The length of time taken to achieve accreditation will vary according to a school/settings starting point and their capacity to demonstrate progress.
The LEYQM provides a strategic management tool and acts as a conduit for CPD. It supports schools and settings to develop middle and senior leaders and provides evidence for subject leaders, inspections, governors and self-evaluation whilst celebrating continuous improvement in EYFS.
The LEYQM is currently only available to Liverpool schools & settings.
