Update budgets for 2023/24

Your budget has now been updated for the 2023/24 financial year.
The Early Years block funding has been updated to reflect the actual pupil numbers and hours for the Summer term. Spring and Autumn term remain at a forecast level based on previous years information.
Schools block funding has been updated to reflect any rates adjustments. School budgets have been amended to reflect any variances in the actual rates bills and the original budget for rates in the school formula.
We are aware there are still some queries with rates bills, we awaiting further information from colleagues in the rates team and will update the attached, where applicable once there is a resolution to these queries. Note - schools should not be forecasting any variances between budget and actuals for any in year rates costs.
The High Needs block funding has been updated to reflect the additional place numbers where applicable and actual pupil data for the Summer term. Spring and Autumn term remain at a forecast level based on information provided by SEN colleagues.
Post 16 block funding has been updated based on the ESFA recently issued statements. The main increase in Post 16 funding is additional funding to support the recent increase in Teachers Pay costs.
