This forum for Transition Co-ordinators and Leaders from secondary schools will provide an opportunity to meet and collaborate with colleagues, share best practice and contribute to the development of effective area wide approaches to support students at key transition points.

Strategies to improve the impact of transition from the Primary phase to the Secondary phase for all pupils, including those who are vulnerable during this time in their education
