Mental Health and Well-being for Teachers

This course will provide delegates with the skills and confidence to increase their confidence in their ability to cope with the many pressures and adversities they encounter in schools and in their personal lives.

Teaching is one of the most rewarding professions. While commitment to excellence in education and the compassionate care of students
remain key in every classroom, constantly changing policies and expectations on teachers can take their toll.
