Conducting Successful School Investigations

This practical and informative course covers all the necessary steps in carrying out a thorough and fair investigation.

Internal school investigations are usually carried out for Disciplinary and Grievance issues around conduct, complaints or bullying and harassment allegations. In all cases, workplace investigations must be carried out as fairly and thoroughly as possible to prevent injustices, as well as conducted confidentially and sensitively for all employees concerned. There can be serious consequences if a school takes action against an employee and the investigation was flawed or unfair.
