Creating an Inclusive Environment and Managing Racist Incidents

Promoting equality and avoiding discrimination while supporting achievement and progression for all pupils.

This course will look at what diversity looks like for our schools and our society, what an inclusive environment looks like, the differences between racist bullying and other forms of bullying, and the implications of the Equality Act 2010 for schools.
