Transform mathematics for the lowest achieving learners and raise standards for all others. An intensive, teacher-led intervention for learners (Years 1 to 8) who have the greatest difficulties with mathematics.

Create your own ‘in-house specialist’ mathematics teacher through a programme of professional development and accredited trainer support.

After a detailed diagnostic assessment a tailored programme is developed for each child – covering at least three 30-minutes lessons a week for 10-14 weeks. Rigorous, active lessons focus on number and calculation, helping learners to develop skills and attitudes that will ensure good progress.

During 2016 the average number age gain made by Merseyside children involved in the Numbers Count programme was 19.4 months.
