‘This training has already had a big positive impact on my work. I have been able to
reflect on practice with the view to plan and move my school forward in relation to
SEND.’

‘The more I learnt on the course, the more confidence I had back in school to advise staff
and parents and it gave me the knowledge to fight for the most important people in my
role, the children. The training has been fantastic! We have had support throughout to
enable us to achieve, we have been engaged, motivated and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it. ‘

‘Excellent support from tutors. Clear expectations regarding assignments. Relevant
content that directly impacts on day-to-day role as SENCO. ‘
