Briefings on what to expect from Monitoring and Moderation visits to schools

Course Overview

This session is aimed to support Assessment and year group staff to get a clearer understanding of the focus of these visits. In each separate session the guidance will be reviewed for Monitoring visits for PSC and KS2 tests. Only schools receiving a KS2 writing moderation visit in the summer will be invited to the final session.

• Raise points for consideration by teachers of the implications for practice of the moderation guidance.

• Requirements and their implications for schools
• Key dates for the year ahead

The KS2 Moderation Visits session is invitation only.

Middle leaders and admin staff with responsibility for the submission of the data
