Course Overview

What, and how, children eat can affect their mood, behaviour, and learning. While regular eating patterns with a variety of foods help to positively improve a child’s wellbeing, over lockdown children’s eating habits may have changed due to the extenuating circumstances that COVID-19 presented us with. By having the knowledge around how food, mood and concentration are all connected, you will be able to ensure the children you work with are reaching their maximum potential whilst in education
