Developing resilience in children - Online session

Course Overview
This one hour online session looks at how we can develop and build resilience in children and young people

'You will receive a zoom registration link via email around 48 hrs before the session. Please ensure that the email address that you book your space with is accurate and that you register for the session via zoom when you receive the link. If you are booking a space on behalf of another member of staff, please forward on the registration link once received.'

Why attend
Resilience is important for children’s mental health. Building resilience can help children learn coping skills and find solutions to problems. Children with greater resilience are better able to manage stress, which is a common response to difficult events
