The Safeguarding Team offer a variety of bespoke services - including: 

• Safeguarding Health Check: an audit of key safeguarding and child protection practices to ensure you are meeting statutory responsibilities
• An examination of your Single Central Record and evidence of safer recruitment practices
• Whole Safeguarding Training
• Understanding the implications of the Prevent Duty
• Any on-site safeguarding training tailored to your needs

Additional professional development opportunities are also available, including:

• Safer Recruitment Training and Refresher Training
• Safeguarding briefing for governors
• Managing allegations against staff and volunteers
• Managing safer recruitment checks for business managers and admin officers and Refresher Training
• Train the trainer: Delivering whole school safeguarding training
